Nope they can't win this world cup, even I have doubt on Semi-final place now as we almost out of World Cup now!

In India we give much preference to Cricket and support them,if at all we have showed it on these people(Hockey Players),then definitely India will get it.
If we lose the match then it will close our doors for Semifinal but we won then we still have little chance to advance.
Their chance is over now , today they have lost against England too., They are playing good but unable to convert it to goals
Unfortunately.... India lost once again and is out of the world Cup in the preliminary round itself! It is the third successive poor show by India in Hockey World Cup! If hockey ever has to catch the fascination of Indian public, our team must do well and play competitive games! Regards, RightMan
Well India maintain their performance in World Cup as they never qualify for Semi's since 1976 I guess and yesterday at least we make some fights when we down by 3-0 and we could put 3rd goal in very last min but it was tough chance as ball coming from many players. Even sad to see other sub-continent team Pakistan lose to South Africa. India need to win against South Africa to take something better from this world Cup.

I think the Hockey Team has as much chances of winning the Hockey world cup as of winning the Cricket World Cup
