It's a good looking site... although I agree with kthxbye, the logo does need a little work... you have empty space on the banner to the right which feels a little lonely. It also appears that your top navigation links to the left are not functional as of yet... Overall, it's a good clean appearance which is half the battle.
slow the ticker down, i like the blues, but i dont think it looks right for a finance website, look around at some other finance sites for more ideas.. make sure your headings are actually using <h1> use css to format to your liking titles should be descriptive of the page, and should not all be the same you might as well add in keywords and description in the meta tags for each page. your menu system needs much improvement, its not easy to see all your content. add alt and title tags to all image links theres nothing in the box above favorites.. whats that for?
