But for what keyword phrases? If it's coming up in the top 10 for popular keywords, it means something. If it's in the top ten, but only for phrases no one's really searching for, then it doesn't. You also didn't mention backlinks in Google. Why not? How much does it earn you monthly on average? How much money has to be invested each month (ppc, etc.) to achieve that level? How often does it require updating to reach that level? etc.... just basic questions you should answer if you want people to give you an idea of how much you can sell it for.

That still doesn't mean anything. If you don't give the kinds of details I mentioned, no one here is going to be able to help you by giving you sale price estimates. They're all factors.

But if they're not keywords people are actually searching for, ranking #1 doesn't matter. You might have some luck if you find someone with a keen interest in the domain name though. The content is interesting, but a lot of site prices are set based on the amount they're earning versus how much is spent to achieve that (money and/or time). The domain's only been registered since June, so you can't have a long history of verifiable income to show a potential buyer. Instead of posting in the domain appraisal area, why not post this in the websites for sale area?

rajbirkohli, answer this question so that people can estimate something.
Traffic from SE's or something else?
