Yes,scam site.They don't pay for vietnam.thailan,china and reject users'payment from that countries although you can bring them traffic and ads.My acc til alive with balance 40$ but he didn't pay

Kemipic is a decent image host but they start deleting pics that are more than a month old now a paying file host there pay is super low .25 pre 1000 is a scam right there. I would recommond them just as a decent adult image host not for making $$$
