Anyone else got the email alert after withdrawal (Indian Paypal Users) ??

Hi Mates,

I have made a small withdrawal of $50 via Paypal to my Bank Account yesterday night, right now its status is "Pending" which is likely to be completed within the next 24 hours,
and like others, I am also waiting for monday for the funds to come in my bank account.

If anyone have any update regarding this issue as well as if anyone receive the good news as funds in their Bank Account than do inform us over here.

I am pretty sure, this monday will surely bring smile on our faces.

 

Have you seen its details ? On details page if fees is mentioned as 0, then I seriously don't have any idea.

 

Chances stand that the payment has been made through personal mode.
To check whether it is personal or for goods and services, just click on transaction details, if it comes with a shipping address, then it is not personal.

 

I have clicked on the transaction details and there's no shipping address and the fees is 0.00$. I think its personal, but strangely, PayPal has not reversed the transaction to the client. I am afraid, will my account be limited. My PayPal account is premier verified account. Here's the screenshot of the transaction:

 

yes the fee is mentioned as 0.00!!! and PayPal has not reversed the payment!!!

 

On second thought, I think my U.S. client may have sent the payment through PayPal mass pay. So that's the reason why they did not charge fees (please correct me if I am wrong). Could anybody confirm this please?

 

It is personal payment! You'll be lucky if no reversal takes place as happened with some of my friends too. If reversal takes place, you'll need to contact your client. I would rather advise you to get all payments by using the option request money in your paypal henceforth.

 

Thanks...I have requested the U.S. client to send me any payments via Goods/Services option henceforth, but as I check my previous records, the same client sent me personal payment on February 24, but the payment was not reversed. that's strange

 

no one can send personal payments to indian paypals...its a mass payment thats why no fees is there..

 

Yes I have got same email from paypal but now they reversed my money.

 

this is going to be pain for future. i just thinking to close paypal accounts and start new accounts

 

Will that help? The rules applies to all the new accounts too.
I guess we should wait. The personal payments problem will also be shorted like the withdrawal. They are here to do business.

 

It was a payment through Paypal MassPay..
Personal payment to Indian accounts is not possible in any case.. (In case sender tries to do so, he'll receive an error message)

 

Have you completed withdraw from PayPal to bank account and got money from bank account??

if got any body please clear that.

Today is monday and hopefully many among us have got "Completed" Withdraw to bank account status on Paypal, Kindly do check your bank account after 6 PM today and let us know if you receive funds.

Hi Guys,

Pleased to let you know that my last 2 withdrawals from PayPal made on 4th March 2010 (ICICI Bank and Axis Bank) has just been completed successfully. I got payment confirmation of money being into my bank accounts just now.

so everything is back to normal after all this craziness of over a month. at last we all can relax now!!

Hmmm My AXIS bank still not come in.
Did withdraw on Friday 2.00 PM

 

I made the withdrawal on Thursday (before 2PM) as soon as they resumed this service. I think Friday withdrawals will be processed by tomorrow. I also got a call from PayPal executive in chennai confirming me that everything is going as normal and payments are being processed as before. She said that due to overload of transactions some NEFT's will take little bit more time than usual but assured me that all transactions of last week should be completed by Wednesday. So everyone who has made their withdrawals last week should get money into their bank accounts by this wednesday (at max.)

 

Got payment into bank right now! Happy
