i try to withdraw money from my paypal account to bank account...i got this below error..help me... "Accounts with limited access may not perform this type of electronic transfer."
be more specific, Have you already made transaction of the limits imposed ? is your paypal account verified ? Have they asked you for any proof req. ?
Your account has been limited and it also mention reason in your mail as well as resolution center. If your account is limited because of personal remittance reason then you may ask check to cash out your funds.

I think you got yourself limited since your not a verified member they might be asking you of proofs. It is much better for you to check your resolutions and what is needed for you to submit at the same time it is much better to call paypal to know how you can solve your problem.
