I made (and was paid) >$400 with CPALead last month...but, I just read their TOS: "Membership is limited to the specific URL(s) provided by you to CPAlead in the Account Registration section of the CPAlead web site." I don't feel like having to request a new URL every week/month I make a new website (i make a lot -- trial and error kind of thing)... anyone know a good alternative? It must have a content unlocker. Thanks to anyone who answers.
I am a programmer... I program certain tools... and in order to download them, a user has to fill out a CPALead survey to unlock them. Mainly software tools... but thing is, I make different tools for different types of sites...they all don't belong in one website... and I do not want to violate CPALead's TOS. "Membership is limited to the specific URL(s) provided by you to CPAlead in the Account Registration section of the CPAlead web site."
I don't have any alternatives to suggest, but it doesn't seem to be a big deal to use various 'unlisted' domains. According to the nerds on the CPAlead board, everyone does it. I've emailed support asking if I have to inform them of every new domain I want to use... I'll let you know what they say. If you're really paranoid, your could register a nonsense domain, and use it as a central (CPAlead approved) location to host all your files. While I was re-reading the CPAlead TOS, I came across this little gem:
