Why is it so hard to find a good paying PPC program?

I had registered and run clicksor with popunder ads, because I didn't approved for Banner and Text ads, apparently of having grphical Website and Not contextual.
My Website is Live TV Website and of course a Live tv Website have NOT too much context, but Adsense can handle that and provide me ralated banners and text ads, why not Clicksor.
I stopped adding any Popunder ads, because I don't like make my visitors headache getting every time new browser window opened.

In a strange turn of events... without warning or anything. CLICKEXA.com has suspended my account and the $22 earnings.... LOOKS LIKE ANOTHER SCAM. Stay away from them.

 

bizzclick.com - young company on the market, but it`s growing very fast. there is really 24/7 support (livechat, ticket, email, phone with English/Russian support language). there is multiply payout methods (paypal, wire, epassporte and others). Try them and tell your opinion.

 

Looks very serious, but absolutly low for my keyword niche.
I used "quote Keyword" with targeting USA and Keywords "tv", "radio"( which are related to my websites) and it estimated only $0.01 - $0.05 per click.
