I started writing on this blog since 9 december 2009, and now i gain from google, but not always, 40-80 visitors per day. Last month i discovered i had a problem with my theme and the keywords didn`t appear in google but now with a friends php help i resolved the problem. Your blog has two addresses = www.muscle.iuhu.org and muscle.iuhu.org . That's bad SEO, make it either www or without it. Also, you have no meta description on your site. A lot of images have no alt text. Keyword density could be better. Incorrect use of H tags too... Basically, your site needs lots of work.

I also see that you are using WordPress, so I suggest you to install "All In One SEO Tools" plugin from http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/all-in-one-seo-pack/ And finally check your site's score and possible suggestions with these two tools here - http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1721799 . You can keep improving your site and checking the seo scores to see as to effectivity of the changes you make

If you install All in One SEO Pack (link given above already) you won't need to care about meta descriptions. Since the plugin generates them automatically after you install it.
Try to think and research your target keywords and then write and setup your website or some pages of them.
