    Where's the:
    "I utterly despise the stuff"

I've tried it once from memory, can't say I liked it ;)

tofu is ok but i only know 2 recipes, scrambled tofu and tofu cut into chunks for a curry or kebab. Very bland in taste so needs spiced up.

Wow. I can't believe how many people haven't tried it.

@ all the Indians. You can use tofu instead of cheese in Palak Paneer (which I guess makes it "Palak Tofu").
It's less fattening and good for sissy vegans and fattys.

I have just found it for you from the link TOFU which says tofu is a soft, bland, white cheeselike food, high in protein content, made from curdled soybean milk: used originally in Oriental cookery but now in a wide variety of soups and other dishes.

BTW, I have never tasted it but would like to taste when I have a chance :)

I love tofu, ever since my whole family converted from red meat to lean meat (chicken and salmon) and now eat tofu. We are a very slim family and lots of people always ask us what we do to stay so. Of course there's exercise, but most people who eat a lot of red meat tend to be kind of heavy and chubby.

I LOVE TOFU all the way!, there are so many recipes to cook it too that are so YUMMY!
