Hi guys, I had a peon who tried to scam me and now he's given me bad feedback, what should I do to remove it? Pretty much it went like this. We we're doing a trade, His vbulletin license for a few scripts I'd buy for him. Because he had no feedback I requested him to send me the vbulletin license first. So, I bought the scripts, sent him a image of me receiving purchase confirmation and then he sent me username and password for the license. I thought this was strange as your supposed to initiate a transfer. SO when I logged into his vbulletin account and sent a request to initiate the transfer I found out that it was only 7 days old and you need a minimum of 90 days to do a transfer. I knew his gig was up and he was probably just going to initiate a chargeback right after I send him the license but I was gonna ask more info just to make sure. So I sent him a Pm asking which method he used for payment and he replied saying that he won it at a competition, at the same time he also said "are you a scammer, why aren't you sending me scripts?" (A scammer will do this to pressure you don't fall for it). So I asked him to send me proof, then he replied the contest is 10 days old and it's not there anymore. Next thing you know he start confronting me as being a scammer then gives me negative feedback first (not surprised). I think he's been stalking my status so while typing this message the following things have happened. 1) He PM'ed me saying sorry 2) He removed my negative feedback 3) I said I'm gonna report him anyways 4) he gave me another negative feedback sigh..... ...because it is the rule here. Anyway, the trade you initiated was simply wrong. NEVER buy something for someone unless he is a close friend of yours and you trust him. sigh. AND, if you are buying a vbulletin license, first you just need a license number and check with vbulletin if it is eligible to transfer.
I am sure there is no way to remove your itrader or ban him because mods or admin don't do anything in this matter and itraders are actually for knowing about people's honesty and fair dealing with clients here so basically just leave a neg itrader for him so that people are aware of his scamming and try to make more positive itraders for yourself because 2 negative itraders out of 4 total are really bad for someone's impression Thanks PHYza
Same thing happened to me - there were two scammers who left two negative itraders - but nothing could be done - but my case was different - scammers left itrader for the same transaction - so that way they left two itrader for same transaction - which is not allowed and according to this i reported to mod and they banned the users - but the ban was short and quickly over it.... Today i am going to reveal one more user - the truth behind the person - how he manipulate things and get his work done - so stay tuned you will find some thing very interesting.
