No wonder you haven't got a reply yet. Man, "S.e.a.r.c.h". No one even knows your niche. I can just give you very general advices...Create content, build backlinks, maybe PPC if you have a budget. No offense meant but your question is like asking "how do i make a website?". Just do a little research and if you have a specific question I'm sure you'll find many that will be willing to help.

 

backlinks are actually more important than content, and also anchor text is extremely important...you should seek to have only backlinks with your main keyword as anchor text.
