you can change from ccs style sheet of your wordpress blog.....

 

i know this, but i am new to wordpress, and not good with css, i have tried everything people have suggested and cannot do it

 

.last, div.last {
background-color:#555555;
margin-right:0;
}

Screen.css line 97 add background color in the above css

 

do you mean style.css ?

 

would it be better if you change the .sidebar color instead, in the .css file?
