Optimizing Different language website

    What if we want to optimize different language website for english keywords. Will google penalize ?

    yaa if your site will other language and you put mata title and other all part in English language like ALT Tags, title tags, mata tags, submission so how can understand google

    well in my opinion (i could be wrong) google will not penalize it but it will not get high rank in english search results.

    Since Google allows us to use Google Translate, I do not think that Google will penalize. However, you have to make sure that those blogs in foreign languages are in the same niche or at least not those questionable sites.

    It's possible but I really wonder why you'd want to do that. I mean, if you are targeting english speakers, save the fuss and keep the content english. If it's another language, you'd want to target people who speak THAT language. But writing in a language and promoting in another not only will make your job a lot harder, but will piss off english speakers who find your other-langauge-pages in the SERPS while searching for an english word. In addition to that, a little "display results in english only" will eliminate your site from the SERPS altogether so I personally would not put the effort into that. But to answer your question anyway, I do not see an actual 'penalty' but neither do I see the page ranking this way at all.
