First they demanded proof's to prove that all the personal payments were actually not personal payment but for online Goods/services; since they can't process personal payment & they will not lift the limitation till they confirm that they are for goods/services. 2. Now they need the invoices, receipts & reports of work done. Questions asked via Mail: Questions asked in PayPal website: 04-Mar-2010 Provide Invoices Waiting for your response Resolve04-Mar-2010 Provide more information about payments Waiting for your response Resolve It has options to upload or fax them files. 1. Provide a full description of what the payment was for 2. Provide tracking information if you shipped the merchandise 3. Provide details of other payments related to this transaction or set of transactions 4. Provide information on any relationship or arrangement you have with the people involved with this transaction or set of transactions 5. Provide any email correspondence between you and the buyer(s) ALL I DO IS DIRECTORY SUBMISSION SERVICE ONLY I explained them everything, and again they need details for 8 more transactions. Now, I have Personal account but I own a website from where I can generate invoices. But if I provide invoices via this website, won't PayPal question me "How you could integrate a personal account on a website?" Only a merchant account associated with a website is capable of providing invoices right?

just tell them that you do some web services and u arent in goods there is no need to provide with invoices since they will send u another 10-20 transaction details
I am also facing same problem. Paypal asking from me a detail of transaction which was done on 04 January 2010. How can i removed limited access, I am unable to understand. The problem is i did a little bit work for an Indian person and he send me $6 and paypal taking it as an personal payment in India. How can i get an invoice from him ?? If he will not agree to send me an invoice then what i have to do ?? This is the totally disgusting behavior by Paypal, please help me.
Upload few of these: 1) Print screen of any email conversation between you and buyer. 2) Work completed by you, like screenshot of web design etc.
I tried my level best to explain them and uploaded few screenshots of the mails and reports. Lets wait and see what they reply.
Actually, the problem is I did some directory submission work and we did deal over Gtalk and no email conversation I have right now, even if i will ask to my client for an email regarding job done he can send me but it will be on today date. The problem is that the client is also from India and payal understanding it as an personal payment. Please suggest what i have to do.
Yeah all paypal wants is a perfect, valid screenshot of invoice, receipt & all legal documents & a short & sweet & complete E-Mail correspondance * preferable a tracking info. They don't understand the work style of Us. Invoice, receipt, E-Mail correspondance, Tracking no., Where the hell should I go fora ll these? I get paid, I submit to directories, I mail them an excel report.!!! And in your case, Indina - India personal payment is serious headache, and out of 8 traansaction I am questioned about, 3 are like that.
Now my account is restored, I just got a mail from paypal. I fill the resolution form of paypal before 1 hr. and i got quick reply from their side, Thanks Paypal.
I explained them completely about this forum, my service thread, briefly about my service, how I communicate with the buyer, why I dont use invoice or recevipt or stuffs like that. I attached screenshots of the Mails (DP Private messages mail subscription) and my service report screenshots. I also added that I am ready to provide any further details & asked them to give a mail ID where I can forward all mails, reports etc. DONE.
I don't advice people to mass e-mail PayPal. Trying to be rude or evasive or spamming, will only raise suspicion.
I did mail them and I got an auto response saying these id's are not monitored and they can only help us via resolution center.. thats bad.. as I cannot upload anything in resolution center till they remove the 'completed' option from there..they r driving me nuts.
