    Hello,

    I am selling this site because,the domain is about to expire in a month and i have no intention to renew it(I have lots of other sites to maintain)

    Since The site isn't maintained well,the site currently gets only 5-30 UV/day.

    The site is based on Wordpress!

    have you changed the theme recently or something?coz the screenshots i am getting are diff from the actual site.

    I currently use adsense in it....
    Its very easy to change the ads...

    how many articles does the site have? are they unique?
    can you show more detail on the keyword stats? and what country is the traffic coming from?
    how much income are you getting from the site?

    There are 31 unique posts in this site...
    The traffic comes from US,India,Philippines etc..

    The site doesn't generate much clicks from adsense...
