I need to provide ALL details for over 30 transactions now. ? WTF is paypal up to ? Blocking OUR money like this and asking for details whenever they like. I am FURIOUS right now. I lost a lot of money when they reversed transactions last month as some of my clients didnt bother to pay back...and now THIS........ Once I send all details, what if they ask for more ???????? This is just insane......

Same here bro... none of my clients paid my money back. I hope Paypal re-reverses the amount back. Once I get all my money from Paypal, then I'm definitely done with Paypal. I do not recon any member here or anywhere to quit paypal because it's each one's personal choice. One way or the other Paypal will have someone using their services and sufferers too. Just my 2 cents here.

Well, yes, this is something which is happening. First they started by asking for the latest details in one account. Then they slowly asking for details of previous transactions.
This is just so unfair. Why should they let other's suffer due to their own fault ?

I m also suffering from this trouble, paypal solved one prob and created another one, there no mean of allowing paypal withdrawal to indian bank ac as it already made my paypal access limited.

If those 30 transactions were made with Personal payment option, you deserve to be questioned by Paypal. Many Indian Paypal users have overused the Personal payments facility in order to save the fees.

Yes. Even I was facing this issue, however my case has been solved within 1 hr. They asked to give invoices about 18 transactions which of course difficult to trace from your history, so what I did is, I called them immediately. Phone officer said, its okay to give details of one or two transactions and then immediately prepare 4 invoices and uploaded on the website. And, for faster outcome, I called them again to check if everything is proper. Guess what, that phone officer (lady) checked my invoice and lifted my limitation within a matter of minutes.

I hope this would help you guys. If any more doubts, do let me know....I will guide you more :)

As is evident from your experience, it is always beneficial to call and talk to them over a phone... to sort out such problems. Instead of groping in the dark, it is always best to ask them what specific thing they require and most of the time, they would just ask for transaction supporting documents... like even a chat transcript with your client! :)

its good to verify your clients paypal first, to avoid reversal or money on hold and under review by paypal,

    use this steps:
    1. Before you give him/her your paypal ID, you have to ask him to submit international passport or drivers license, that must same name with his/her paypal account.
    2. Get his paypal email, check it if its new, if new dont accept, its very risky if you accept payment from newly registered paypal account.
    3. Login to your paypal acount, click send money put his paypal ID and add small amount, then press continue.
    4. in there you should see his paypal status if its verified or any info you want to know.
    5. log out your paypal.
    6. if the ID he submitted is same info with his paypal account, then accept his payment if not then dont, else you will get problem.

This is what i did with my business, now i am getting no problem.

    I hope i could help.
