Hi Today I noticed that a latest thread regarding Dofollow blog comment pages has been deleted. Is there a new rule? Because I sold 7 lists in past 10 months without any problems. Please tell me the reason? Thanks Blog.
You could say that we are a bit more focused on removing spam-related services, of which blog commenting is one. Unless you're offering links on your own blogs, that is. We've never permitted services that offer or promote spam, and we may have been lax in identifying blog comments as one of those services, but the bottom line is that we are trying to remove the threads that are inappropriate, and we would say that lists that are sold to promote spamcentric services would be included in that cleanup. For example, we don't allow the sale or creation of accounts, and that includes not allowing the sale of tools related to that, such as software that allows you to create them, such as a gmail account creator. Selling blog lists would facilitate the promotion of spam commenting.
Spamming means making too many comments with an automated software or something. But we are manual blog commentators who write every comments and post a link. If it's spam, the customer will not accept it. I don't know why you don't understand about a major link building method. Please identify who are spammers or not! Thanks Blog.
Okay, so are there any other service you guys might want to tell us? Cause I got a warning for advertising contextual link building service. (Although I mentioned Social bookmarking which was a mistake). But I can always open another without mentioning other services to aid it but only the process of it. (Contextual)
There is already information in the FAQ and in the quick reference that advises that social bookmarking/networking is not allowed, and this includes linkwheels, which we can see you are also advertising in your signature. Changing the name of your service from linkwheel building or Angela's linkbuilding to "backlinking service" or "seo linkbuilding" doesn't change what you are selling. Whatever you want to call it, we don't allow that type of service.
You may not remember the TV show, "Its Not What You Say, That Counts, Its What You Don't Say." Often what is omitted is as telling as what is explicitely stated. No form of spamming service is allowed.
I checked the quick reference. Even though it is added there, but you never looking do-follow blog commenting as spamming service ever before. But why now? This also includes all the other services also which you feel are spam services.
It's ok if you add a new rule regarding it. But Still I see too many thread regarding lists and services. Thanks Blog.
Sorry to bump again. I still see many threads to sell dofollow links and Dofollow blog commenting service. Why don't you take an action? Please post a sticky thread regarding this. Thanks Blog.
I had a post removed today saying i was looking for an experienced commentor to comment on researched niche related blogs, and posting comments that added value to the blog. commenting on niche related blogs and adding value to blogs is not spamming and clearly i am not looking for a spammer. would any of the moderators like to shed some light as to why this post was deleted? I can understand if you are looking to clean up spammy services but if blog commenting is done correctly then it is not spamming. surely common sense should provail when deciding whether a thread should be deleted or not
We can't say like that. All comments are not spam. Because blog owner has the power to remove if it's a spam. We are writing comments in each blog and wait sometimes to see the availability of the comment. If it's a spam we won't see it. Please Mods think twice. Thanks Blog
But commenting on other blogs with anchor text in the comment is spamming. Do you wait for them to be reviewed by mods? And the comments you are talking about are different blog comments. Let's not try and fool them here, you and I know what it means. So it's fair enough.
Don't get me wrong, the majority of blog comments out there are spam. But if you are adding value to the article then it is not spam. If all comments with links and anchor text were spam there would be no point to them and they would not be allowed at all. It is only perceived as spam because people have abused it. let me give you an example. The BBC recently wrote an article on hdmi leads. whilst this article was close to the truth, it was not 100% accurate. if I was to comment on this article and include a link to an article I had wrote, which had the correct technical specifications on it, then I am adding value to the post. yes I am gaining from it, but this it not spam by any stretch of the imagination.
Now you are being to specific here. We are talking about the services. Of course if I am daily reader and comment with something useful it is not a spam. But, when you are providing service do actually do that? Just me the truth
