    Well currently my paypal account type is personal and 2nd is premier but i send / receive payment in personal account through Service or goods option ... any problem in future ?

    Well paypal doing their stuff as many people transfer huge amounts as Personal Option and that's why they are limiting your access! If they found money transfer through personal option, they will block Indian Bank transfer. But you still have Check option to withdrawal your money!

    well i think paypal is only playing with Indians. i personally feel that they are not going to make any payments to indians that is the only reason why they are comming up with new issues every time we want to withdraw our funds.

    I think lots of people got their paypal ac access limited, I m also suffering from this problem but i recently provide the information what they asking me to resolve this limitation.

    They have sent this..

    During a review of your PayPal account, we have found that you have
    received Personal Payments from other PayPal account holders. Until we are
    able to confirm these transactions are not intended for personal
    remittances you will not be able to withdraw funds to your Indian bank
    account. We can only process payments intended for goods and/or services
    at this time.

    We have limited access to your account until we can confirm if these were
    actually for goods and/or services, or if they were indeed personal
    payments.

    And until it resolves we can't do these.

    What can't I do while my account access is limited?

    * receive payments
    * send or request money
    * close your account

    My premier account also got limited because of same reason.
    Amount was $9.7

    But that transaction was not personal payment, it was from web for some service.

    For me also they have limited my account because of a Goods/Services transaction...

    Damn!.. They are having some templates for each and every query they are just copy pasting that and replying.. they are not at all replying after seeing our accounts..!!

    They told that the bank withdrawals will be resuming from March 3rd rite..?? thats y!!!

    they come up with new problem again..!!

    They will resolve this problem after a month and they will come up with new problem again!!

    PayPal not limiting for particular payment. They are just ensure that we are not withdrawing payment which is Personal Remittance only! Also they are only closing Bank Withdrawal option not other two working option! I am sure soon we would have everything normal.:)

    I am also shocked to find that they have limited my account! They have given me a Case ID, and when I checked the Resolution Center for the details of that ID, Paypal reports that "You do not have any cases that match the case ID you entered."

    WTF???? I am really getting very very very angry at PP and its own suspected "money laundering" methods. I am now going to complain about them through every US Govt departments... the IRS, the DoJ, and through the top most forums. Let the US people know that a company situated in their country is actually doing possible "money laundering" business with possible intentions of committing many frauds of gigantic proportions ...

    This is plain harassment and totally and completely unjustified...

    They are openly acting like plain fraudsters now. I have lost all my trust in them. What has the great Mr. Irani to say about this... Let's all of us (ALL) complain to his email and let him hear what we are undergoing...
