What is best for SEO? Content or links?

Both are co-related to each other. Crate unique content and do high Pr back link

SEO is SEO and link building is link building - two very diferent things considering the best links are those freely given by others and if you read very carefully in Google you will see the wording about "go get links" is very carefully written and vague to catch people out RE this aspect!!!

 

You can submit ur page in those sites which have high PR and relevant theme according to ur website.
and first your site should be indexed at major search engines.....and one thing fresh content is most useful to the website.

Both unique content and backlinks are important.....You should not give more importance for one.

 

some time content get in google index and if content is impressive than google automatically make the site on top thats why people always want new articles for their site.

Well content is more important for the long run and for a well established website, but for a new website, links are still crucial

 

A bit of both but you can sometimes rely on content if it is current and of high quality. If all fails do some promoting and build up backlinks.

I can't remember the other factors since there are alot of them.

 

Content and crawlablity are a must but you can't ascend the ranks with out links for good sites.

Unless your website is so popular that everyone wants to quote from you, then you can do without linking. Other than that, I do not see how you can avoid doing both.
