Giving loans without interest is something friends and family may do, it is a poor business model.

In principal -- yes, there're sites to borrow money online. You could try zopa.com or credit.webmoney.ru for example.
In particular -- only a crazy stoneheaded will lend $2000 online without interest and collateral... Methinks it is better to ask relatives or friends for such a loan.

You must tell about purpose of loan if you want this loan for study purpose you can definitely get the loan free of interest... and you can easily find by using google..

$2000 is $2000. Nobody is just going to give you money, especially without ANY interest. Your going to have to find a local website/company to get a loan, because no bank in America will give out a loan, especially without interest, to foreigners.

 

Your not going to get a loan for $20 let alone $2000 from someone who doesnt know you, and without them receiving something for it.

 

Nobody outside of your own family or close friends is going to loan you $2000 without interest. End of story.

to be honest I'm against of borrowing from relatives or friends , it doesn't difference that be with interest or without interest .

 

I don't think anybody will lend you that kind of money, especially "online" and in these times.
