Credit Card always works, and Prepaid Cards works as well, goto you bank, and buy one... when you are buying, just tell the Bank that you will need to re-charge it many times, and you want to use it online as well. They will suggest you accordingly. (some banks might advise you to take Foreign Currency Cards in this case), and dont worry, it always works...
Well, you can do it by Credit Card, or else you can ask someone to send money to your Paypal A/c, maybe you can pay him in Indian Rupees. There are some people, who miight help you on this...
I got my paypal account limited just because of the effort of trying to add funds for purchase and i don't even have a credit card but have applied for it recently. see, you don't need to add funds to make a payment just add credit card or prepaid card and you will directly be charged from your linked card.

Yes, I think it can be used with Paypal. Actually, all international Visa/Mastercard/Amex can be easily used.
