Please help my lift my limitation on my Paypal Account

I'm holding a paypal account in India. As the funding service is not available here yet and even I don't have a credit card, so I was trying to fund my account by adding HDFC bank's Netsafe cards. I was creating cards and adding it to my account and as soon I was entering the expuse code, my account was getting credited with $1.95. This was the only method I found to purchase an item.
But the problem is paypal thought it was suspecious activity and limited my account. Later I regret it. :( But after I mailed them regarding this, they suggested me to complete the checklist items but unfortunately I'm not being able to see any checklist items. Does anybody have any idea or experience in this. Please help me

The same thing happened with me (check list items not appearing). What i did was, i called them and asked for a solution. They suggested me to verify my account by linking a credit card. Upon doing so the limited status from my account was removed.

But friend, my account is already verified, not with just one card but with 15 different Netsafe cards, that's where the problem is, they think that activity is suspecious. I was involved in funding my account with those cards as funding account is not yet available in our country

I also faced similar situation once.Paypal limited my account and instructed to complete the check list.I couldn't find any checklist.I called them but the answer was very sad that they "closed my account permanently ".They allowed me to withdraw the amount only after 180 days.

I hope you won't face such a situation.

Nice to hear back from you after a long time friend, Maybe I've found a better way out. Paypal allows you to have multiple accounts i.e; personal, premier and business but all should have unique email addresses and bank accounts.

yep! you're right. i can't even think about adding netsafe cards now after all those experience. i'd better keep my account unverified until n unless i'm issued a legitimate credit card officially issued by my bank

PayPal limitations can take awhile to lift. PayPal is ok, but I would try to call them. I had to call them about 15 times for the limitation to be lifted. go to paypalsucks.org. They have a list of internal numbers for paypal and ebay to get ahold of someone.

Legally the funding option is not yet available in our country, keep one thing in mind, paypal accepts netsafe and other vcc for verification but if you create a vcc or netsafe for the amount required for the purchase and then add it for direct debit from card; it won't work. I tried it and the card was again and again rejected; "The card it not valid; please try using another credit card" is the response i get.

You can verify using Netsafe as long as you dont use it several times. For one time verification, Netsafe is good. If you do not have a credit card, why don't you buy a Prepaid Card/Gift Card to fund your account? HDFC, Axis, ICICI and all other banks are selling this product. It is easy and safe.

why would you care to fund your account if you can pay directly from your linked card. I don't know whether prepaid cards will work or not. I have a HDFC Bank account. If "kumar24x7" assures that it'll work then I'll apply for a prepaid card tomorrow itself and let know the status
