    Hello;

    I've recently purchased vbseo for my vbulletin.

    After a few days, I've notived that an Ip is trying to connect to my vbulletin. That ip was 74.86.16.2 .

    I've googled that ip and all web pages i've found was saying that ip was related vbseo.

    I have opened support ticket about that ip.

    My question was 'Is that ip related to vbseo? how many times does my vbseo is trying to connect that ip? does it effect my site performance?'

    Their answer is 'Yes, It's an ip of vbseo and we will not provide any more information about that ip?'

    I've replied the ticket : 'Does it effects to my site peformance?'

    Their answer is 'We will not provide any more information about how many times that ip connects to your web site'

    What the hell is that?

    What kind of support is it?

    I just want to get more information about that ip and my site peformance. I do not want to have a web site with bad performace

    My question is 'How many times does that ip connects to my vbulletin and does it effects my site performace?'

    (I think it's a basic request. I'm not a warez guy. I'm asking a simple question as a vbseo license holder)

    Note: If any of vbseo staff reads this thread, I can accept the answer with pm on digital point. Vbseo has terrible support

    Thanks

    Uh, just block the IP address. If they can't tell you what it's for, what it's doing or how often it connects, there's certainly no reason to allow it.

    vbseo is crap, their days are over , if anybody want i sell my vbseo useless license
    ontopic: their suport is maximum crap, today i`ve wanted to edit my license, put it on another domain and guess what, i have to renew, i can not edit my license unless it is upto date "aka" ( like the profesional person from suport named: Brian Cummiskey said) is renewed.Woow, talking about stupid marketing, my mistake for buying from them, never ever do that mistake ..
