I am looking for a hosting company that is reliable (very good uptime and consistent performance), very fast hosting, and is a good price. I have a few domains so anything that can support more than one domain on a hosting plan is a big plus. Also, I don't need much hosting space. 1gb-2gb is probably plenty. And 300gbs of bandwidth is likely enough too. Just looking for speed, reliability, and cheap.
Well it all depends on your budget and how important your sites are to be online? Remember, Wordpress is the most resource hungry out of all other the CMS's.
GDI Web Solutions offers Deluxe and Unlimited plans that allows you to host unlimited sites. http://www.gdiwebsolutions.com. Free extras with every domain name or web hosting plan plus wordpress is available with instant one click installation.
I don't agree! wordpress is extremely light, (and its not even a CMS, its a blogging platform, we designers and developers make it look like a CMS) And for best wordpress hosting provider, my vote goes to Hostgator, Hostmonster, BlueHost. Been with them for nearly 2-3 years, never ever had any issues with them.
How big is your site? When you get a huge database you will start noticing it slow down. And BlueHost, Hostgator, all those hosts are over saturated and crap. Similar to goDaddy. Don't cheap out on Hosting. Go for a good host!
i use hostgator to host my website. this is my website : http://tinyurl.com/yklm22p never problem and good support..
your budget is ok but why you are in need of 300 GB bandwidth.......is there any specific reason.....
These days every hosting company can host a Wordpress blog without a problem. It's a standard. I hear good things about Hostgator.
Well the bests are giving unlimited space and bandwith don't choose a company that sells 1 GB or 10 GB disk space!
I use Hostmonster - and you can put unlimited sites up in the same yearly package. Sometimes, if you want the best service, learn to loosen up your pockets a little. It will take you far
There are a lot out there. You can ask them for free trial let say for 23 hour. Only pay them if you really statisfied with their hosting.
Despite the negative feedback here and there, I've been hosting my wordpress related websites with Godaddy, never had a problem. And it takes a moment to setup, no file permissions need to be adjusted like with other hosts, no database connection issues, you just set the site up and it runs fine. As long as you take care of it, meaning regular upgrades, you should not be in need of any support from the GD stuff that everyone complains about. Although, I've called them on a few occasions and their responses were satisfactory.
