Site looks nice and clean but i wouldn't suggest the Live feed baner coz it looks..not that professional. Add few more stuffs on the right sidebar so that it doesn't look so blank. Good luck for everything
Remove that live traffic feed , looks a bit odd and ya in place add things like rss feed, facebook connect, twitter etc. It will help. Best of luck for your approval.

I think you will get google adsense because your niche is good but add more content to your site and make it little more busy

Hi, there, Your site loaded quickly. It looks a little plain and predictable to my eye. I wished for some sort of graphics to break up the posts. I also wondered about using a calendar. I think of calendars as being useful for planning purposes, but I can't see that anyone really would care when a post was published. Can you possibly link to some useful small-business tools in your sidebar? I would imagine there would be quite a few useful tools out there. I am just not sure that the calendar and translator are the best possible uses for that valuable real estate. Good luck with your venture. I hope you do well.
