Hello , I'm looking for an hosting plan to host a streaming video site. I do not host the movies, just the links. NOT Adult, content 100% legal. I don't know the bandwidth that i need, but i will show you (by PM) some sites that do the same thing.
If you're going to embed videos from external sites than you need not worry about the bandwidth as the bandwith usage is on the server where the mediafiles are hosted, not the server where the player is... So you can go for any normal hosting plan.

I think FFMpeg hosting is what you need. It can be used from proaxxs.net, they offer it strating at $2.99 per month with many resources.
Hello, I have google and found http://www.infrenion.com and http://www.rshosting.com they both support FFMPEG hosting on shared server.
No dude; I will have just the cover of the movie and the link that point to... & I don't need FFmpeg option for this project.
