I have a site I need to optimize that site. Actually most of the keywords are in top 5 and I want to do some thing so that I can get 1 rank. Also I need to increase a traffic.

Please advise me what are the different things I need to focus. Please advise me in this

When looking for quality backlinks, do you ever look at competitors highest PR backlink? If their highest is a 3, I wonder if getting one PR 6 backlink will boost you up higher. Or would a bunch of PR3 backlinks work better?
