I'd actually suggest GPTHQ - it pays the best out of all the ones I've tried; and I've tried a lot. Hence why it's in my signature

I think the OP was looking for referral sites not paid referral sites "visionz" - no site will pay you $200 per referral unless that person is paying $220 + to sign up.

 

The best paying is PPN... they pay 20% of referral earnings... than linkbucks... there is 5 tiers so referrals of your referrals and so on will bring you some money.

I can tell you... I started with GPT sites and hardly to made minimum payment before they closed and left with all money... than I found PPN and average referral I send there is making at least 10USD per day and PPN former Zango is here over 4 years now? But things could change and I might start promoting GPT sites again... I just dont trust it... My site was not accepted by adsense because I had few GPT sites in my directory... why is that?

 

I guess GPT sites are against Google Ad-sense policies, therefore your site got rejected. You can check adsense policies.

 

You have to keep in mind that legit GPT sites are good to use, (GPTHQ, Cashcrate, etc.) while there are thousands of other "GPT" sites that are just these horrible little things running bought scripts and who never payout. If you use a legit GPT site you will do fine, just don't use one that looks like a six year old designed the site. (And never, ever use PTC.)

GPT sites cannot have AdSense on them, however unless you are running a GPT site and trying to get Google ads on it, that is not why you were rejected.
