Does higher PR Necessarily mean higher rankings?

    PR is only one of the ranking factors. The most important is the relevancy.

    I disagree, without enough PR you wont be in the main index and therefore rank at all.

    ..you can be as relevant as you like in the supplementals and youre not going to rank, so it's probably the most important factor of them all

    i think PR is not much important for your site ranking.The main thing is how relevant the keyword is? some time low PR site in top position than high PR site that is bacause of content quality and the relevant targeted keyword.
