Hi I want to increase stamina in my body and get more strenght I sit at home daily 12 hours and sleep 12 hours What must I do
join a nice gym and start using treadmill , and free weights , do compund exercises such as bench press ,squat,deadlifts,push ups , you will gain lot's of strength
you should run every morning and you must watch out your feed. you must eat chicken and eggs and drink milk . have a nice days. dont use any pill.
dont take energy drinks, apart from being extremely unhealthy they stimulate the CNS which eventually burns out the adrenals leaving you more fatigued. adaptogen herbs are good, eating right and exercising.
If you can run outside I suggest doing it. Running on a treadmill gets BORING. When you run outside you pass different scenery. Also just eat healthy. And has for strength, eat a lot of protein (make sure you're drinking water with this) and workout with heavy weight. Don't do a lot of reps with small weight, that will just get you tone, which would look weird if you don't have any muscle in the first place. Do lower reps with more weight. And if you start working out a lot, change up your work out routine every month or two to shock your muscles.
no supplement will help you with stamina/strength...all the fitness products are pure scams...ill save you tons and tons of trial and error with this simple drop of wisdom related to anything physical: no pain= no gain forget all the ebooks and courses and shortcuts they dont work...just like you cant learn boxing from a book or from a pill...if you want stamina it will have to hurt and cost you plenty... i dont mean to discourage you...stamina and physical fitness is WELL within your reach you just have to know the right way to go= HARD WORK
A proper combination healthy food, healthy habit combined with proper exercise will make you more physically fit. Never go in for short cuts like energy drink which will help only in the short run.
Swimming is the best form of exercise to increase your stamina. Do it regularly and well and you would see a lot improved fitness level... within you! Regards, RightMan
Not all about diet when trying to build stamina, you need to start exercising. I would suggest you slowly start walking , then work up to jogging then running. Once you begin to run perhaps punch the boxing bag a bit , do some push ups , take protein shakes and start to become fit
