Review my tech site

I made a tech site about a year back(my first one).. but it is not getting good traffic or pr. Please review it for me and suggest any improvements that i can make(i need adsense approval urgently) .

I'd lose the obtrusive ads first. I saw the floater come up and I had the overwhelming urge to close the window.

 

Site does not have any ads yet.. Please clarify what you are talking about.

 

It's that obnoxious toolbar at the bottom. The first time someone hits the page there's a window that slides up in the bottom right pointing out the toolbar.

By the way are you using ie as this problem does not occur in mozilla and chrome.

 

Nope, firefox. Clear your cookies and you will get the popup. It only comes up the first time you hit the page.

I would also make the text of the title of the page a more solid color instead of a cloudy look and I also remove the alexa ranking further down.

 

Am working on the text and the alexa it is getting better day by day, actually the widget doesn't as regularly as it should.

I liked but there is a lot of information and pops, ads... take it clean

 

replace the more interesting themes, theme are not suitable for niche tech ,

There are no ads as i know, and that one popup am working on removing that.

 

Sorry but i can't change the whole theme right now can you please tell me what you thought odd about the theme.
