It's hard to be innovative in today's market because there are always going to be competitors who are doing something similar. I just launched a new Tinnitus Cure plan, which should be innovative around here. http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1713278 I've found that the more innovative the idea, the better chances you'll have of hitting a winner.
No offence but it isnt extactly a unique product, I have been promoting tinnitus products on clickbank for nearly a year now
Yeah that's what I was trying to say. It's hard to be unique in today's market, but I don't see too many Tinnitus products mentioned here. So hopefully this is a breath of fresh air for some.
Part of the "blame" rests with affiliates, though. Someone in this very thread just said they would not promote a product because they didn't think the market was big enough to make real capital in. They may be right, and promoting the product would only put them in the hole a couple of hundred dollars/dozen hours, but they may also be wrong and have just passed up on a sizeable enough niche in favor of promoting something they knew would get sales. And can you blame someone for such? That being said, if more affiliates promoted "innovative" (I prefer to use the term "obscure" because you can have innovation in the make money online, health, dating, and the other popular niches, they're just few and far between) then more product creators would make them. And if more product creators created obscure products that started selling (because of a larger affiliate base- unless the product literally had zero market, which is the creator's fault) more affiliates would jump on the off the wall products. Kind of a catch-22. My point? I don't really have one. Other than you shouldn't blame others for lack of innovation- go out, research how many people are interested in buying an ebook that shows them how to clean their keyboards or how to manage a zebra farm, or how to make beef jerky or any of a thousand random needs that aren't being filled, rack up sales, and prove its a profitable niche. Maybe you can break the cycle. The only hope for our dying planet rests with you, Kal-El... Scratch that last part. Or just all of it.
