Buying Copy a design

Hi, I'd like to hire someone to copy a design. I only have it in pictures, but want PSD-files to work with.

The thing is, I do have rights to this design, just I don't have the PSD. People who are interested, PM me with your earlier "copies" (or designs) and your price, even though I know this is based of the sites complexity.

I'll also need some small changes to be made on the design.

I wont copy a design, it is 100% ILLEGAL. I could use your pictures as a sample and create a design with a similar idea.
