Is there any reliable free real estate plugin for wordpress?

what should the plugin do?

 

Some basic real estate features like

1. Add Listing
2. Upload listing pictures
3. Google Map
4. Memership Packages

 

1 - 3 seems to be easy to do with miniforms plugin. What is the membership packages? How does that work?

 

I'm working on a project right now for a Real Estate Agent...she wants me to use:

It requires a few different plug ins for all of the functions to work, but it looks decent enough.

There are also a lot of good themes that already have the features that you want coded in.
Check Themeforest, or Google "Wordpress Real Estate Themes"

 

Membership Packages like, free members, premium members etc...

There's an awful lot of Wordpress real estate themes, but I think most are paid solutions though.
