    Don't eat after 3 PM and don't have dinner. Try to have only breakfast and lunch and try not to eat too much or eat snacks in meantime. Also some form of activity, such as sport or similar would be good in the evening.

    take a walk every after 2 hours; walk to the loo is fine;
    a brisk walk to and from would go accross to your boss as your really interested in your work;

    keep blinking your eyes to get rid of eye fatigue;

    have a heavy breakfast; a moderate lunch; something in the evening, and as light a diner as possible;

    most people would generally do the opposite; which increases fat;
    u need energy right in the morning, not while going to sleep!!!

    Drink lots of water... particularly before Lunch and Dinner. It will fill your stomach, preventing you from eating too much! :)

    Try the after 6 diet. Do not eat anything past 6pm in the evening, and don't eat too much carbs :)

    Run 2-4 50 to 100 yard dashes after work....Easy way to burn the fat. Just sprint the distance then walk till you catch your breath then sprint again. Eating good nutritious foods also plays an important role as does drinking lots of water as mentioned above..

    Simple. Eat less calories than you burn.

    It depends if you were overweight already. In general:

    Please do not listen to the people telling you to starve yourself.

    Firstly, starving yourself is cruel and unnatural.

    Secondly, your body goes into "starvation mode" when this happens - which means that it will store the fat that it gets from your food, instead of having it to burn, and burn muscle instead. This means you may lose weight, but it will be a larger percentage of muscle loss than if you ate normally.

    I am not a nutritionist, so I will not pretend to be one and give you specific advice over the internet. Anyone who has, is not worth listening to - because you have not told them anything about yourself other than you are 15 lbs over where you used to be - who knows where that was!

    You need to ask this question in a weight loss/body building/nutrition forum, not in a forum where people are doing the same things that made you overweight in the first place..

    Don't starve yourself but you'll never lose weight unless you reduce your calorific intake.
