To be honest reading the new threads starts to feel like deja vu. Usually the products go like...forex....forex....forex...diet...diet...farmville...forex...make money...make money....diet...diet...farmville... I mean are there any innovative people out there who can offer something that is not already been done or it is not copy of an already existing product. I wish there was just a little bit of diversity...otherwise the drive and the challenge are gone. Don't you agree?
Here's the thing - You create a product based on demand. There will always be people who want to lose weight/gain muscle and there will always be people who want to make money online. In addition, it's difficult to create a product if you're not good at what you do. Hence, it's the personal trainers and people who make money online creating the products. Even if a guy who knows to how to launch a successful product will not be succesful if he goes outside his topic of interest. Just out of curiosity, what kind of "unique ideas" were you talking about? I mean, there are tons of products out there - from dating, to car repair, to everything. I think I even saw one on cutting your own hair.
There was a product on CB that just released -- Raise Your Goat....and an ebook on "Living like Paris Hilton" Now, those are "innovative" products -- but is there a demand for them?
There are a lot of pretty unique products out there. They're hard to find though, buried in the results. The new advanced search feature helps to dig up a niche you may want to explore. I often times see very clever and creative products, however, I usually don't promote them because it isn't worth the time. As was said above, just not enough demand. The most clever products often have no exposure. People make an e-book, but they don't know where to get affiliates. They probably never enter an affiliate forum. You have to find a unique business model to make these low demand products profitable.
Well by unique I mean people to experiment a little bit more. I am confused that there are vendors who see a product that sells really good and they think that if they just publish their own version of these products, they will sell same as the original products. And by innovative I don't think just product out there designed to be different. It has to be different, unique, done with great market research and good prospect. Otherwise I can do thousands of innovative products with funny ideas...
Hahaha that's hilarious Seriously speaking, there are some very interesting products in ClickBank but they are more niche orientated. The ones at top of search pages are the ones who sells a lot , and digital product + many sales = very few topics.
Funny - I was just going to say, if you want an innovative product, why not create: How To Start Your Own Zebra Farm - A Beginner's Guide But if you want something you can make money with...maybe stay away from the zebras.
Thats interesting because there's Frank Kern, who's like one of the top internet marketers out there who basically says to do exactly that - promote a product as an affiliate, then if it converts well, just make a better version of the same product, and be a vendor.
I am a fan of Frank Kern, but I think this is a little misleading, and think Frank is condensing the months and months of work, research, tweaking, and testing (not to mention financial investment?) into the sentence "make a better version of the same product"
You always have to take the advice of these internet marketers with a grain of salt. I've tried some of Ewen Chia's methods, and didn't work for me. But once I stopped grabbing these internet marketing products and watching all their free videos, and starting really sitting down and thinking about my own methods, things started to fall into place.
Although this is funny, it wraps it up perfectly. You will find that alot of the most successful people on Clickbank or anywhere did not reinvent the wheel... Wait that might be an idea for a CB guide! Chris
I probably will have something new very soon...I hope that is different from the offers we have today and it will affect more interest. So...so far did you have more success promoting something new or something already seen?
Don't take it so seriously man. It's fucking Clickbank. The name of the game is information marketing. Giving people what they want is a fuck of a lot easier than shoving "what you want to create" down their throats. You make more money without innovation in this business. All of the information is typically same or similar and in most markets, nothing will ever change. The key is presentation and what spin you put on it. Beachbody did not innovate. Tony Robbins did not innovate. Yet they both have information businesses that gross over $100 MILLION dollars per year... So I ask you, why the fuck should I attempt to innovate? If you want innovation, you sir are in the wrong business. Join the tech community.
