Nope buddy, RBI wants to show information to them and it's part of system. So be relax nothing going to complicated and PayPal also knows it that most of their users are Freelancers.

I think so. Because for xoom also the issue is same as with paypal. So once Paypal overcome this, Xoom also may get into the service again and so we may get better exchange rates
