i love it cause it helps me interact with nature....enjoy the view....and most imprtantly it gets rid all the toxin/acid in my body.
Were I live in Florida USA, I happen to be within 3-miles of or shopping malls. So I make it a point, to walk each and every day for a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of an hour and a half area Besides that exercise, I do enjoy writing by and will do that once or twice a week for about an hour each time. Cardiovascular exercise, is the best way to keep in shape inside and outside of your body.
