    START YOUR OWN COMMUNITY FORUM .com

    It's a new site. It sells a product thru paypal and could be added to clickbank to get affiliates.

    I am selling it at a very low price as I am not going to promote it myself. Content is NOT 100% exclusive, but the product is new and hasn't been promoted online yet.
