For the passed one month, I have no sale at all via Clickbank and I found out is very hard to run a clickbank business anymore. Anyone here has the same feeling? Please comment. Thanks
Well, how are you even promoting your offer? There are tons of ways to product affiliate products. I bet you are not promoting it creatively or picking the wrong offer to promote.
One month? That's all? Take a look at these stats from last year: January 2009 $36.1 February 2009 $91.34 March 2009 $89.22 April 2009 $8.9 For the first four months of last year, I couldn't even break $100. Then, I started to get serious and this is what happened: May 2009 $129.87 June 2009 $352.27 July 2009 $317.06 August 2009 $248.99 September 2009 $282.06 October 2009 $351.16 November 2009 $200.01 December 2009 $277.66 Not bad, but not ideal either. Once I started analyzing my business, I got rid of what didn't work, and applied som new strategies. Here are my results so far this year: January $487.64 February $1943.02 I'm still not where I want to be. But I'm getting close. So dude, it takes time. No one is every successful with anything they spend a month on. Doesn't matter what you want to do in life - sports, business, writing, acting, dancing - whatever you do, you gotta keep at it and work hard towards your goal.
If you are new to affiliate marketing, you can't expect to see result in a month. At this stage, you are experimenting and learning with different techniques.
Hey Parth, That's pretty darn good.. How are you marketing your products these days? I'm focusing more on clickbank these days..I have things in the works but it's hard to be patient with seeing improving numbers like yours..lol Good job bro and keep it up.. :>)
Thanks man. You can check out my blog for more ideas on what I'm doing. But it's mostly just hardcore SEO, blogging, landing pages. Gotta hustle. That's really the bottom line. - http://livingchill.com/
Making use of all the web 2.0 sites will boost your traffic which in turn should increase your CB commissions.
Most people have no idea what they are doing... sorry but that's the fact. They put up a site, throw up some links, then expect to start making sales. Someone has to buy the product for you to make money. The more you learn about that elusive person with the credit card the better your chance at making a sale. You have to first find the people that need/want a product or service then you have to give them what they want.
Think about what it would take to make you buy the product your promoting, because thats what your going to need to do to get others to buy it. Make sure you know your customer, and market directly to them. Keep at it and you will start seeing results, the hardest part is losing your confidence after a couple months of failure.
Uptill now i was just running after adsense. But i will now also work on clickbank now.also your blog is cool.
It IS possible to get a decent paycheck your first month but it takes some hardcore work. I managed close to $2k my first month, but I spent a lot of 12+ hour days in front of the computer. It wasn't easy. Even if you are working your ass off you could just be promoting the wrong product or, although rare, promoting the right product at the wrong time. There are a lot of different factors that could contribute to you not making any sales. But if you keep at it and pace yourself, you will find success.
Don't give up buddy, like everyone else has said, it takes time, persistence and some serious aspirins.
@ Parths what a gain! can u give some "tips" u did, beside the "consistence and smart work? cause maybe we need some "working" tips from u
