If it was COM it could be worth developing as it is kinda brandable and as it is a 4 letter domain name but with Net extension, it is regfee undeveloped in my opinion. Maybe couple of more bucks with a good marketing. You can develop it as a social bookmarking site or a general (mixed) news site, I don't know. I suggest you to develop it. Good luck.
