Why don't you think VPS? You will get a decent package for this price.

VPS cannot handle higher cpu resources since the motherboard and the cpu are shared, even the memory was dedicated. I still thinks DS is better.

Hmm Not a must. Nowadays technology allows every account to have its own resources not shared (or almost not shared).

Burstnet is one of the worst ways one could possibly go when choosing a dedicated server provider so I wouldn't recommend going with them, their very old hardware is completed with the worst quality bandwidth and allot of downtime.

At your budget you won't be able to get a decent and reliable dedicated server, so my suggestion is for you to get a nice VPS, your budget is high enough for a good VPS, but not high enough too meet the requirements you've asked for (you're asking for too much RAM and BW).

You have to be joking. They are one of the best and everyone at RSbot and HackForums would agree with me. They are the best for LinuxVPS and Linux Dedicated Servers. I've been a reseller + a buyer from them for a year and a bit now and I haven't seen any problems, mainly because I've be-friended the staff.

Also, he can just get 10MBps unmetered ports which are pretty cheap these days. The RAM and the processor is the only thing which is dragging the price up.
