In November, Bombay Stock Exchange's benchmark Sensex flirted with 20,000 points. As a consequence, Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Industries became a $100 billion company (the entire KSE is capitalized at $65 billion). Mukesh owns 48 percent of Reliance.

For the record: Azim Premji, the richest Muslim entrepreneur on the face of the planet, was born in Bombay and now lives in Bangalore.India now has more than three dozen billionaires; Pakistan has none (not a single dollar billionaire) .
The other amazing aspect is the rapid pace at which India is creating wealth. In 2002, Dhirubhai Ambani, Mukesh and Anil Ambani's father, left his two sons a fortune worth $2.8 billion. In 2007, their combined wealth stood at $94 billion.. On 29 October 2007, as a result of the stock market rally and the appreciation of the Indian rupee, Mukesh became the richest person in the world, with net worth climbing to US$63.2 billion (Bill Gates, the richest American, stands at around $56 billion). Indians and Pakistanis have the same Y-chromosome haplogroup. We have the same genetic sequence and the same genetic marker (namely: M124).
We have the same DNA molecule, the same DNA sequence. Our culture, our traditions and our cuisine are all the same. We watch the same movies and sing the same songs.
What is it that Indians have and we don't?
INDIANS ELECT THEIR LEADERS!!!!! !!!!!!!!! !!!!
And also to mention: They think of Construction of own nation, unlike other nations who are just concerned with destruction of others...

Simple answer why the Indian fare better than the Pakistani'.. They don't focus on religion and neither do they spend time and money in devising ways to kill their own and everyone else over religion.

It seems to me that many Indians misrepresent facts about their country India is not rich country but some Indians are.

Such information seems to be dubious. Can you share any sources? I think no. Anyway Indians are 1.5 billion (or even more), it is 25% of world's human population. Every fourth man on the Earth is Indian. And just 12% are scientists? It is not great achievement.

Nobody except Indians watch these movies. Most of them are low-quality love story. As for Miss Universe look at this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miss_Universe . Just one Indian girl got this title for past 10 years

patriotism is good. But such insinuations look stupid.

 

Countries are made wid people, think India is the only country having unity in diversity. India is only country where having diffrent states with diffrent culture and languages, after every many KM language and traditions changes but still country stands as one nation. So don't underestimate the things

i too would like to tell you something.. it really doesn't matter what YOU think about INDIA! what matters is what THE WHOLE WORLD is thinking about INDIA! and to let you know the PRESIDENT of world's most powerful country (U.S.A) MR. BARACK OBAMA himself admitted that INDIANS are really very genius and are coming up as leaders in every field so he has asked his country youth to be aware of INDIANS and work hard to match up with INDIANS.

AND yes i can provide you source for it.. if you don't read news papers and don't watch news then search on net about it!

Not to be rude or disrespectful, but most of the Indian people I've met (online & offline) have been very rude... I'm not saying all Indians are rude, but I'd say 80% of the Indians I've met have been rude. Others have been very friendly and nice.

 

Pls read the sentence correctly lol... It is mentioned that 12% scientist in USA are INDIAN Origin. Totally there are more Scientists in India.36% scientist in NASA are Indians. To give you a example We have one great Scientist Dr.Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam.(Dr.A.P.J.Abdul Kalm) and we have honoured him by electing him as President of our nation. I hope you can identify what a great scientist and genius he is.

And coming to miss universe information, in last ten years one title have been won for miss universe conducted by miss universe organisation. the winner is Lara Dutta in the year 2000
And the journalists wrote about other competitions like Miss world peagent for eg one held in Sun City, South Africa in 1994

I think you didn't understand it correctly , i make you clear of it.
Can you just point me a country in the world with a large area and such a diversity of people, religion, language and varied Geographical location. I say no chance.
As you said indian population is ~1.5billion then calculate for it Indian census has established that Hinduism accounts for 80.5% of the population of India.[1] The second largest religion is Islam, at about 13.4% of the population. The third largest religion is Christianity at 2.3%. The fourth largest religion is Sikhism at about 1.9% of India's population.

Apart from this there are many other peoples living here, different nation people lives here.
The journalist mentioned that wide variety of states in India, in usa or china there might be many sub divisions as states, but can you point out in each state does they speak different language and have different culture? but In India most of the state have their own language and own culture.
If you need more sources, just use wikepedia to know more about India.

Use Wikepedia and search for religions, languages, and diversity in India and compare them with that of Russia , china. Then you can understand. I hope you know how to search in wikipedia, so it is not necessary to give you links...

not a perfect one article about India in the sense.because they have not much intelligence about what to write.

 

First of all don't lay my posts to hear. I do not attack India but facts from this article.
Anyway

I know how to use wikipedia but I didn't find such information. Give a me link, without it your statement looks unsubstantiated. I can say that 70% of US scientist are Russians but it is not fact without proof link.

According to the article ten girls got Miss Universe title for past ten years. It is not truth. Don't misrepresent facts.

The territory of Russia is much more bigger. A number of nations is more than 100. Almost all of them has their own unique culture and traditions. Widespread confessions are Orthodoxy, Catholicism, Islam, Judaism, Buddhism and many other small confessions. Besides US is originally multi-national and representatives of all world's cultural groups live there including Indians, Chinese, Russians, Armenian and etc. How can you say after that India is the most multicultural country?

You would be better read wikipedia yourself to broaden your horizons. Your patriotism raises difficulties to understand reality.
