Rules selling script auto tweet is not allowed?

yesterday i posted my script that sends tweets auto and was my post deleted and got infraction point 1
why?
selling script about auto tweets is not allowed ?

 

we don't allow tweets so how can we allow software or scripts that do the same thing? we don't.

 

well i am not going to post it again
but
that was not a spamming script it just schedule tweets (script will tweet on the date you scheduled) uses senders own user name and password
the big spamming tools mass mail sender scripts
Do follow blogs lists
facebook fan pages (Fans were some one else and after sale going to some one else) is allowed
and a tweet as i mentioned above uses senders own ID PWD is not allowed
