Does this need to be vector based logo? If not I can try photoshop, it's a bit easier.

 

I just need to be able to adjust the size. So if you can do a better job in PS - sure.

Tusha's is good so I'll call it a day. I can't work with images that aren't vector anymore, haha, thought I could but I'm losing it, lol.

 

mine is vector (ai format) it's actual vector beads not a pattern or brush. fully scalable.
I can organize and squeeze the beads much better but it takes lots of time.I have to place them one by one.
I have another idea though wait for me

Interesting. You could always create a rhinestone pattern then use the text to mask it into shape, that's what I did but I rushed it...
