The latest results I see are from Aug. 2008, so it may be some time before we see results from the beginning of this year. Looks like they're displaying results from about 18 months ago.

Its a automated process. There's nothing you can do about it. :)

As humm says -- it is an automated process -- as far as I know - your directory/site must be online continuously for 6 months or more

only then its bots start crawling your site and more months before people get to see your site on archive.

Archive is a great resource site where one can check the history of a domain and how it has been changiing over years. No escape from it.:)

Your domain name was registered on Dec 15, 2009. How can you possibly expect the "wayback" machine to list it???

It will happen as the other poster have said. It takes a site time to create archive points in time. Be patient.

Yes. I know. But what I was asking is, "is there something we need to do in order to get it listed".

Just a comment on your last statement. You can tell wayback machine not to archive your site. They follow robots exclusion standard.

    In support of Jitendraag's statement:

    Please check out: http://www.archive.org/about/exclude.php

To exclude the Internet Archive’s crawler (and remove documents from the Wayback Machine) while allowing all other robots to crawl your site, your robots.txt file should say:

    User-agent: ia_archiver
    Disallow: /
