wow great to know that somebody is using this card successfully. I myself found the concept very nice and applied for it around 10 days ago and now it's on its way to India.

Could you please explain how I get a US virtual account?

what is that. If that;s some other method of transfer and withdrawal, then please don't discuss that here. Let's keep this thread to Payoneer problems/solutions so that we find a definitive answer.

using payoneer is very risky in india, many times ATM wont dispense cash due to time out error, you are then at the mercy of mastercard and it may take as long as 3 months to get a refund back into your - wait what - payoneer card. i got stuck in this loop twice then uploaded the money from payoneer to paypal and withdrew money from paypal (paypal worked back then). Not to mention all the paper work you need, you have to get proof from the atm's bank that failed to dispense money.

i dont say its payoneers fault but if your transaction gets stuck, then there is really very little you or payoneer can do at that stage.

payoneer is best avoided at the moment.

I use payoneer credit cards too, but, prefer 2Checkout (Not free, need one setup fee) which I'm using from about 4 months now and it's great.

If you check the payoneer website, you will find warnings like "the ATMs will eat your card if you try to withdraw before loading the card.

But I guess, its just a business policy so that people without fund in their account, do not swipe the card. Guess, for every swipe (whether there is money in your account or not), the company pays charges. And this warning is just a step to limit unnecessary expenses.

its works in India... and ATMs surely dispense money.. But its not much cost effective in India. As we have many options for cheaper alternatives.

Thanks for the input pal. Right now we are more worried about getting ANY money and not just the economics of it. It's good to know that Payoneer works in India. Do you have one and do you use it often?

yes @skyislimit, please do let us know about the ease of use. If you care to share, please let us also know the city + state you reside in and where all you have been able to use the card as yet.

Also , if you are able to, the fee and limit structure.

Yes, the rates are just copy pasted from the site.

Non-US withdrawal is $2.15 per transaction but the amount of transaction was not mentioned.

However, payoneer site claims that atm withdrawal limit per day is $1000. But then again they have asked to get it confirmed with the local bank/atm. :D

I have a payoneer mastercard and the virtual US bank account. Do it! It will be the best decision you ever made to get your money out! You can then verify your Paypal account and use Google checkout
