Been reading some articles about made for adsense sites lately, and my understanding is that it is against TOS to make websites just to display adsense on them. This is what a lot of people do though, especially everyone creating micro niche sites. Hard to know exactly what the definition of a made for adsense site would be though, most websites are created with the intention of making money from them after all, and there is nothing wrong with that. Has anyone ever been banned from adsense cause of this? Is there any danger in making niche sites with 4-5 articles on them to display adsense as long as all the content is unique and useful? I am no talking about using adwords to lead people to the sites like I've read several publishers got banned for a few years ago. Would also be happy for any links to articles where google is discussing this issue.
Google might have some description for this beyond the logical point of view. However it is difficult to ascertain the threshold that would have been set by Google to estimate the site as to whether it is a made for adsense or a genuine one.
Well if the content takes precedence, and you keep a max of 3 ads per page, it would not be against TOS but if the ads are basically what people see with content stuck at the bottom or out of easy site, the site would be up for contention and you may get banned. I would say that you shouldn't do it...
I guess you mean google tos, but I don't know what the google rules are. Anyways, it would be more helpful if you mention where in the Google TOS this is mentioned, I have not noticed it.

Yeah, that would be a better place for the thread. Is there any way I can move it? Or would I have to start a new one?
Made for Adsense site is an vague conception. There is no so-called standard at all, which is the reason why Google did not make it clearer. So the fact is that the threshold might be changeable when it is necessary. I would like to hear the authoritative saying if any.
