How to identify the pages in which someone clicked on Google Ads

    Hi Friends,

Well this question arises as yesterday I got 30 clicks and only 4$ but today I got 2 clicks till now and 1.95$.... so I am pretty confused as how to find out the page on which someone clicked and I earned at a higher ratio. Is there any way to find it out ?

    Thanks in advance.

no, there isn't, but you can find out which placement made the most earnings -> use channels

Yes, you can use google analytics to find out the exact CTR and earnings of all of your pages. You need to connect your adsense account with your analytics account to do this, forgot how that is done but just google it.

I've found that the earnings report is not 1:1 between the two, though...but for close (fairly close, actually) information it's good.

The best way is to use Google Analytics. You can use channels but keep in mind there is a limit on number of channels, so use them wise. The best way is just to name channels 1-200, and not page1, page2 or bluewidgets.com because you may drop this site eventually and will be stuck with channels named after pages or sites you dont have or use for adsense ))) If you name them 1-200 you can have a spreadsheet with info which channel tracks which page or placement.
Also keep in mind that same ad on the same page can make you different amount of money per click. It all depends on where the visitor comes from, did he do what advertiser wanted him to do etc

I think it's better for you to check where the visitors come from, and their download activities.

The better thing to do is to link your Adsense account to Analytics then you can see on which page you got what exactly of earnings .

You'll drive yourself nuts trying to work out adsense and maximize individual page revenues

You can buy software for less than $100 that will give you the information - but will it repeat itself?

Adsense is almost random, and my advice to you is don't waste your time trying to figure it out

I've given up analysing adsense, and even traffic stats - now I do something positive - I build new sites and create content on those sites daily - that gets more pages indexed by google, and brings in more adsense money - my adsense earnings are increasing by 10% a month - that's good enough for me

hmm..i tried some methods and tracking of visitors and blah blah..... final conclusion is its just a waste of time and its like a cycle.... one day i earn $0.1 per click and other day $0.5-1....

well said currency trader, I am going to focus on contents only now.. :)

I agreed with you as I have also used google analytics, but no good,, many a times revenue fluctuates and we don't know for which click we got less or more amount.

Well done - you're getting somewhere now

It's so easy to get distracted when you work on the Internet - and studying adsense stats is a pleasant pastime - but it's not work, or likely to be profitable

The worst thing I ever did was install a real-time stats plugin to my primary wordpress blog - I was mesmerized at watching the hits come in and spent my time looking at which of my site's pages in google brought the visitors - and the keyword used by the visitor to find that page - what a waste of time - after 2 or 3 days I snapped out of it and removed the plugin

Focus on what brings in the adsense money - it's dead simple - more of your site's pages complete with your adsense code, in google's index

Last month, my adsense earnings were up 20% on the month before - so it works for me

It's as simple as linking your adsense with google analytics. I guess there's an option there in your account
